Internet presence on Yahoo.com, Realtor.com, and RealEstateAdvocates.com.  Color ad in local real estate Magazine plus 24 hour 800 #.(optional $50) Warranties providing protection to seller and buyer (optional. $375-$435) Other advertising and services available.   If another agent secures the buyer, seller pays agreed commission to the selling agent. This offer is contingent upon seller using Rea Inc. to purchase their next property. If seller fails to do this they agree to pay Rea Inc 1% of sale price at closing. Possible savings on a $150,000 home is $10,500 compared to a 7% listing commission. "$500.00 FLAT FEE" Full Service with Multiple Listing (MLS) – $500 Flat fee at time of Listing Internet Web sites, flyers. Agent assists with inspections, contracts, disclosures, appraisal and all details through closing. Additional $500 is due at closing if seller secures the buyer or if another agent from another company secures the buyer. Pre-Qualification of buyers with mortgage company.
