How Can You Use This Rebate?
The rebate can be applied as a reduction in the base price, or can be applied towards options and upgardes in new construction homes.

What Are The Benefits?
The rebate is obviously an incredible benefit. Another benefit
is having us on your side. We represent you as a buyer agent. If you buy direct from a builder you have no representation. We will work with you throughout the entire process, from model and lot selection to option selections, inspection, appraisal and closing. We can even help to arrange financing. You do not pay for our services. In fact, WE GIVE YOU A REBATE!
A Few Important Things You Need To Understand:
1. You must contact Park Avenue Properties first so we can register you with the builder(s). If we do not register you, we do not receive compensation and you will not receive a rebate.
2. If you researching on your own and are interested in a particular area - Call Us Immediately! We may be able to register you by phone or by fax. If not, we will send and agent to accompany you on your first visit. We have agents available 7 days a week.
3. The price of the home will remain the same whether you use a Realtor or not! If you register with us to take advantage of the rebate, the purchase price of the home will not be quoted any differently to you. Builders do not offer discounted prices to buyers without Realtors, nor do they offer rebates to buyers directly, other than occasional incentives for using their mortgage company.
