Hi, my name is Dave Junco. I am originally from San Diego. I am married and have 2 young children. My wife is from the Chico area and I always loved it here when we would come to visit her family. So, after 15 years of law enforcement in the bay area, I knew that Chico would be the perfect place to raise my family. We have now lived here in Chico since 1999. Having lived most of my life in big cities, I can definitely appreciate the strong sense of community and friendly, easy going lifestyle we enjoy here in the north state.
I became interested in real estate after buying our home here in Chico. Our agent (you know who you are!) was so wonderful! He was not at all pushy, and really listened to our needs. We felt very comfortable and at ease with him. He completely changed my opinion about “real estate agents”. He made the some times intimidating process of buying a house, a true pleasure. Today, I follow his example in my work every day.
