HELLO!
My name is Crystal Parks. I am originally from Southern California but have spent the past 18 years calling Chico home.
I have an experienced sales background as well as 11 years as a motivational speaker and counselor, where I developed many valuable people skills.
I've had the privilege of assisting both Buyers & Sellers achieve their Real Estate goals and I would love to add you to my list of satisfied customers.
In addition to sales, I am currently the Trainer for all new agents that come to work at Prudential. With a strong working knowledge of California Real Estate Contracts, I am able to guide new agents through the many steps of running a successful Escrow from start to finish. This is something I feel is imperative to good customer service, and strive to share my experience with my students.
