I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the city of Silver Spring all areas of Montgomery,PG and the surrounding Washington DC area. In South Carolina, Summerville, Mt.Pleasant, North Charleston, Folly Beach, Daniels Island, Seabrook Island, Ladson, Kaiwah Island,James Island and Johns Island. We keep current of all real estate development and transactions in these areas. In addition, I am very knowledgeable of the local schools and leading school districts.
Personal
I'm a native of Maryland. But raised in the metropolitan D.C. area. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and community athletics. I joined the U.S. Navy and became a diver in 1982. I graduated from University of Maryland with a degree in business. I still run my own real estate agency in Maryland and hold my real estate brokers license in both South Carolina and Maryland. My favorite past time activities includes spending time with my loving family, flying, boating, scuba diving, traveling, volunteering at the Charleston Aquarium as a divemaster and coaching little league youth baseball. | |
