close communication whether it be via email, phone, fax etc. and is very on top of everything. House hunting is fun but can also be difficult while doing so long distance and on time restraints- we couldn't have done it

|  My husband and I had just gotten married, and we were looking to purchase our first home. We were both new to the home buying process and we were unsure how everything worked. Cher really took the time to walk us through every step! She really helped explain how the entire process worked from start to finish! She paid close attention to the specifications we sent her about the location and type of house we wanted. It made a huge difference when we actually went to view the homes. We didn’t waste time looking at houses that didn’t meet our criteria! My husband and I didn’t live in San Antonio during the time we were house hunting, so it made it very difficult to setup a time to view the houses; but Cher was so flexible with us!
