Ken is our property management specialist that includes long term, short term, vacation rentals and association management. Before becoming a licensed California agent, Ken was in middle management and a product specialist for a large heavy equipment company. Ken loves spending time with family and enjoys the outdoors, music and cowboy poetry.

 Karen Degney, Broker, California and Nevada
Karen Degney is the Broker for All Service Realty in California and Nevada on the North Shores of Lake Tahoe. She has been involved with all phases of the business including property management of long term rentals, vacation rentals and association management. She previously acquired North Lake Tahoe Realty and subsequently purchased three independently owned franchises. She lives with with her husband-business partner and 2 boys, loves the outdoors, gardening and music. She also works in the Reno-Carson areas and concentrates mainly in Real Estate Sales.

 Beatrice Schultz, California Realtor
Beatrice has been living full time in Truckee for the past 3 years. She was introduced to the Assist 2 Sell Buyers Incentive Program as a home buyer in 2005. The program is great and strongly influenced her choice to join Assist-2-Sell as a Realtor in 2006.
Beatrice has an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and a masters degree in international marketing and business. She has over 20 years experience in international sales and marketing.
During her free time youʼll find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband, typically cycling or hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter.

Michele is an Agent Assistant and has lived in North Lake Tahoe for over a year. Michele was introduced to Ken and Karen at the Truckee Chamber of Commerce Business Expo. She worked for Karen as her assistant for a year and now works alongside Ken, supporting and servicing the needs of our property owners and helping customers with planning memorable vacations in North Lake Tahoe!
Michele has over 28 years of business management experience in the Biotech world and understands the importance of ensuring customer service and satisfaction is achieved, good documentation practices are followed, attention to details, high standards for quality, as well as compliance with regulations and laws.
