About Us

North Real Estate was established in 1973 as an independent Real Estate office servicing the Mt. Snow region of Southern Vermont. Started by Robert B. & Margaret North, it operated for many years in a small addition built onto their home. With time the business grew and evolved until in 1987 we moved into our present location. Proudly sitting just 2 miles south of Mount Snow in the North Commercial Plaza, we are consistently among the top 3 producers in the Mt. Snow/Haystack region.

The office is still owned and operated by the Norths and features 6 full time sales and rental agents, as well as a full time comptroller, maintenance and cleaning staff.
