My wife Lynne and I fell in love with Florida in the early 1980's, when we moved to Boca Raton from Scotland. In Boca Raton I was involved in setting up a computer disk drive manufacturing plant and US subsidiary for a Scottish parent company and then worked for it as its CFO.

Lynne and I lived in Boca Raton for three years before returning to the UK, and, since then, we regularly vacationed in the Englewood area and built a vacation home in Rotonda West.

In 2005 we took the plunge, gave up our respective careers in the UK and moved permanently to the Englewood area, settling in Rotonda West. In January 2006 we purchased the business of McCall GMAC Real Estate in Englewood and we are both looking forward to a long and successful career in the real estate business.

I am able to draw on my own personal experiences and fully understand the different requirements of the US, UK and other overseas buyers and sellers of property in Florida and can assist in satisfying these requirements in a diligent and professional manner.
