I specialize in representing my clients in the leasing, purchasing and selling of residences and income property throughout Maryland and Virginia with my specialization being Southern Maryland and most of Virginia.
Who am I?
I am native to the area. Born in Washington, DC and reared and educated in Prince Georges County; I am very knowledgable of the entire Metropolitan Area. For many years, I resided in Charles County, Maryland; King George County, Virginia as well as having family ties to Westmoreland County, Virginia. With my knowledge of these areas, I provide you with the highest level of professional home buying and selling service along with great customer support - a combination that can't be beat!
How I Work?
I along with Exit Signature Realty take a highly personalized approach to real estate. Exit Realty is large enough to offer every service, yet small enough to provide the personal attention you deserve.
Meetings by Appointment Only ~ Buying and selling a home is an intensely personal process. That's why I see clients by appointment only. I schedule appointments when it's convenient for you and meet you in your home or in a safe public place. Starbucks, Barnes and Noble and Public Libraries are always great places for meetings.
First Meeting ~ During this important meeting, which is held in a safe public location, I spend time getting to know you and what you want to accomplish in your real estate transaction. Whether you're a buyer or a seller, you'll learn about the options for client/agency relationships and explore the types of agency agreements that you can choose from. We'll work together to select the agency agreement that best meets your needs. After the agency agreement is executed, I am free to go to work for you. My goal is to help you know what to expect.
Seller's Showing Policy ~ For your convenience, I schedule showings through Centralized Showing Service (CSS) with a minimum of 6 hours notice, which gives you plenty of time to put your home in it's best condition. My goal is to help you make a great first impression on every potential buyer.
I do this by:
- Working with you to reduce perceived hazards such as potential dangerous pets
- Insuring that the house has electricity or shown in daylight.
- Taking time to find out if there may be special showing instructions and following Seller instructions if necessary, etc.
Buyer's Personal Space Policy ~ While some agents insist on transporting buyers from showing to showing, I take a different approach. As a buyer, you need time and space after each showing to collect your thoughts and share your impressions with your family. You don't need an aggressive agent quizzing you about the property you've just seen. When you work with me, you get the time and the space you need, without unnecessary pressure to make a decision on the spot.
