In 2001, Blue Sage Realty, Inc was founded as a property management and sales firm. We are active in our local Realtor associations and strongly affiliated with NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

I believe in continuing education. On practically a monthly basis, I attend luncheons, seminars and classes to make sure that you are represented by the best quality agent possible. In 2005 I earned NARPM’s RMP designation, “Residential Management Professional.” In 2004, I earned the GRI designation, “Graduate Realtor Institute. I just earned the Realtor MRE designation, "Masters in Real Estate."
I have a B.S. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Operations Research, from UC Berkeley. Before starting my real estate business, I worked as a statistical programmer in various industries. Married 25+ years, we have two children and live in Arvada.
