I would like to provide a recommendation for the realtor that I used to sell my home in Robbinsville Recently. His name is Robert Blackburn, nickname Blacky. He works at Assist-2-Sell. I decided to sell my home through Assist-2-Sell through a recommendation from my neighbor. I did not regret choosing them. I found their flat rate fee for commission was lower than any I could find and I saved a lot of money that I would otherwise have spent by paying 6% to other realtors! Saving money was one positive thing, but above all, dealing with Blacky was a very gratifying experience. Blacky is very knowledgeable about real estate and it is essential to have a realtor who knows what they are doing, especially when you are a first time seller as I was.

But aside from that, Blacky was one of the kindest people I have ever worked with in any capacity. He is a gentleman, an honest man and just really a good person. He went over and above the call of duty during the sale of my home, when, for example, I had to stay at a motel in a different city 2 hours away the first week that I started my new job. I have pets that needed to be taken care of and the petsitter I normally used was unavailable. Blacky volunteered to feed my pets while I was away and did not accept any payment whatsoever. After I moved out, Blacky would also show up at my home all hours of the day and night to let repair people or the county inspector in do their work. If Blacky had not volunteered to do that, I would have had to drive 2 hours down and 2 hours back to let these people in, but I couldn’t have done that without jeopardizing my new job! I don’t know what I would have done without Blacky’s help.

My condo sold 5 days after Blacky put it on the market. And contrary to what other people had said about the stressful ordeal of selling a home, thanks to Blacky and Assist-2-Sell’s professionalism, the experience was smooth and stress-free.
