I grew up in Wylie, Texas graduating from Wylie High School. I went on to complete an Associate Degree of Applied Arts and Sciences in 1987 at Richland College and an ABA Certified Paralegal Program at Southern Methodist University in 1989. After college, I worked as a paralegal until 1993. I began working in an appraisal office as an assistant in 1996 and became certified as an appraiser trainee in 1998. In 2001, I became a licensed real estate appraiser in Texas. In 2007, I passed the state certified test and now have a State Certified Residential Appraisal license, #TX-1337356-R. I am also approved by FHA to complete appraisals for FHA loans.

Real Estate Experience:

September 1993 to May 1998, Licensed Escrow Officer, Republic Closing Services d/b/a Commonwealth Land Title, Wylie, Texas.

November 1996 to July 1998, Appraisal Assistant/Appraiser Trainee Argyle Appraisals, L.L.C., Wylie, Texas.

August 1998 to March 2000 Appraiser Trainee, Venhaus Appraisal Company, Royse City, Texas.

May 2002 to December 2002, Staff Appraiser, BJF Appraisals, Rowlett, Texas.

January 2003 to present, Staff Appraiser, Derby Appraisal Services, Rowlett, Texas.

May 2004 to March 2007, Staff Appraiser, Venhaus Appraisal Company, Royse City, Texas.

I am currently a staff appraiser with Derby Appraisal Services in Rowlett, Texas.
