I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income properties within the cities of Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, Cantonment, Pace and Milton Florida. I also specialize in Pre-Construction Townhomes/Condominium sales. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

I am fluent in Spanish and have a background in Accounting and Marketing. I am a full time real estate agent licensed in the state of Florida and Alabama under Coldwell Banker United Realtors, the number one real estate company in Northwest Florida. I am a member of the Pensacola Chamber of Commerce, a member of the local, state and national Association of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors. I have been a resident of Pensacola since 1984. I moved here with my husband; we have two children both at present attending college. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, personal fitness, cooking and traveling. I attend Nativity of Our Lord Catholic church and I am a member of the Ladies Society.
