| | What I liked most about Assist 2 Sell is that it was a no pressure listing appointment. They spoke honestly and up front. When ever I needed to talk to somebody I was always able to reach a real person on the phone, they were always there to help me with my questions or concerns. They covered everything from A to Z to sell my home. I will refer, and use Team Assist 2 Sell again!

| I highly recommend Assist 2 Sell. I have sold three homes over the past ten years and this time I chose Assist 2 Sell, as having lived in California and Colorado where home prices were extraordinary, I saw a trend and change happening in the real estate market. No longer were homeowners willing to pay full commission in these times of high home values and extreme mobility.
Does not paying full commission mean discounted service? My experience was exactly the opposite. I received extraordinary service. Kip Swan’s professionalism, integrity and honesty are greatly appreciated. | My husband and I had the pleasure of working with the Assist–2–Sell team on both the sale of our house and the purchase of a different one. On very short notice, a detailed report was created comparing the home we wanted to sell with other homes that had recently sold in our area. This enabled us to quickly establish a sale price for our home. Color fliers were printed, photos taken and a listing on the MLS created. Within four days we had four viable offers. Because our home sold so quickly, we needed to find a new one and fast. | We can’t say enough about our extremely positive experience working with Doug White and Team Assist 2 Sell! Doug helped us in every step of the process and made the experience extremely enjoyable. The $330,000 plus property we purchased is great, we saw the sign in front of the property, picked up the beautiful flyer, found it on the Assist 2 Sell website, enjoyed being able to view the multiple photos of the interior, arranged a walk through, and put in an offer the next day!
Doug represented us very well through the buying process and saved us thousands on realtor fees as a buyer, while still getting the homeowner the price they were looking forward to. Team Assist 2 Sell’s commissions are very fair to the seller (actually much, much less than traditional realtors) and still Assist 2 Sell is able to find buyers, often in a week or less! As a buyer, Doug was able to work with the very difficult to deal with seller, who wanted a 90 day plus closing, keep everything on track, and still provide us as the buyers with everything that was promised! Our new home is awesome and we would not have even found out about the property without the aggressive marketing of Assist 2 Sell! Finally, if we ever sell this house, we will go with Assist 2 Sell for sure!
