Cliff's sensitivity to the needs of a moving family could not have showed brighter than during the 24 hours around our closing. We were on a tight schedule in our relocation [out of state], so we literally [came to closing] with bags and pets packed.

From allowing us to put our cats in travel cages in his office while we closed to finding cookies for our two year old daughter, he made the entire experience stress free.

Even when our buyers were unable to attend the morning closing, Cliff made a point of coordinating which hotel we would be staying at that evening, and had the paperworked faxed to us so we could complete [the transaction.] He even followed up on the distribution of settlement funds and called us while we were driving so we could rest easily knowing that the startup money for our new life in our new state was waiting for us when we arrived.
