FEES:
--One month's rent equivalent for a 12 month agreement.
--One Half month's rent for lease extensions after that.
--NO MONTHLY PERCENTAGE! - In today's world of electronic banking, charging a monthly percentage to collect rents is NOT fair! this is an outdated way for property manager's to tap into YOUR cashflow.
Do the math. Other property managers charge you a full month's rent up front - AND - 10% per month to collect rent. You don't need that in today's world! Example: On a property renting for $1200 - you would spend up to $2,500 a year with other property managers. (One month's rent up front - 10% per month for rest of year) I charge you the flat fee of $1200 - saving you over $1000 in one year!!!
