John and Lilo have have lived in the greater Fort Hood area since 1971, and chose to retire here and raise their 3 sons: Johnnie - proudly serving in the United States Air Force, stationed in Great Britain; Andy - formerly a Texas National Guard aviator, now a EMS helicopter pilot, living with his family in Kansas City, Mo; and Brian - recently graduated from the University of Texas with a masters degree in mechanical engineering, presently living in San Diego, CA; and four grand children. Lilo Carroll offers a wealth of experience in real estate. She has practiced real estate in the greater Fort Hood area since 1979. To show her commitment to the profession she has pursued continued education and obtained her broker's license in 1984, her GRI, Graduate, REALTOR's Institute, and CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, designations in 1984; her RRC, Referral and Relocation Certified designation in 1991, the coveted CRP, Certified Relocation Professional designation in 1992, and the e-Pro designation endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS in 2004. She was instrumental in forming military relocation fairs in Ft. Leavenworth, KS, as well as providing relocation assistance seminars at various military installations nationwide.  MEET NICOLE CIPOLLA-OFFICE MANAGER, LISTING COORDINATOR, AND CLOSING COORDINATORNicole joined Lilo's team in February 2008. Born into a military family, Nicole was raised in Copperas Cove, TX. After flying around the world as a flight attendant for nine years, Nicole settled back in to the area and has two beautiful children, Nicholas and Alexandra. She also has two dogs Sasha and Rusty. Nicole enjoys spending all of her time with her children and her family that is located in the area. As the office manager and a licensed REALTOR, Nicole handles all of our listing and keeps all clients' record up to date on the sale of their homes.  MEET JENNIFER HOLDER-WEB MANAGER, MARKETING COORDINATOR, AND BUYER'S REP ADMINISTRATORJennifer joined Lilo’s team in December of 2008. She was born into a military family which eventually landed her in the Ft.Hood area, where she met her husband, Billy. They have two beautiful boys, Tyler and Matthew. She also has a dog, Princess. She enjoys spending her time with her family and helping with her boys sporting events. Jennifer is responsible for the marketing of all our listings. She designs all the marketing materials that are distributed. She also creates homebooks, virtual tours, and keeps all our listings updated on 25 websites!
