Northstar 
The very northerly group of homes in Davis. The subdivision was designed well with parks, greenbelts, soccer field, and wildlife pond. (An interesting walkway extends out into the pond for viewing the many species of birds that visit the pond.) A few split-lots are scattered throughout Northstar area. Large single family homes compromise the largest part of Northstar.
