Stonegate A lake in Davis? Yes! A man-made lake complete with adjacent clubhouse, beach area, and swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, cardio and weight rooms and a sports field comprise Stonegate Country Club. Country Club is a bit of a misnomer here – there is none of the snob appeal you may expect. But for just $33/month each home in the neighborhood is free to use the facilities including the paddle boats and sailboats. That is quite a bargain. |
