From the Buyers... Mark Wilson is a real estate "Superhero"! My husband and I have lived in Raleigh for six years and when we were finally ready (and able) to buy, we called Mark. I had been stalking Mark's website for years and was nervous about including a RealtorŪ in our quest for a new house, having heard horror stories from friends about high pressure sales and getting stuck in contracts. I was pleasantly surprised! Mark is like a great neighbor who is there when you need him, but also (instinctively) knows when to back off. He helped not only find our new house but was instrumental in all aspects of the process, from inspectors to closing, to choosing security and a house painter. My husband said at one point that he was glad to have someone like Mark looking out for our interest during this process. He was so thorough, I was glad he was on our team. When (and if) the time comes to sell, I will be calling Mark. Mark is the antithesis of what my friends had experienced with their RealtorsŪ... there are frankly not enough nice things to say...
