After eleven years in Eastern Europe it was time to move our four children and big dog home. Knowing that we had to find a house quickly after arriving in America, I spent many hours doing research on the internet wanting to be as prepared as possible. I found that I kept going back to one web site: FindMyDreamHome.com was user friendly and gave me the information I needed. I emailed Mark Wilson and received a prompt reply. He asked great questions and assured me that he would do his homework and be available to help us move quickly. At our first meeting, we were impressed with his preparation. He continued to ask clarifying questions and then we began looking. During our search, we never felt pushed to make a decision. In fact, Mark encouraged us to reconsider purchasing one home because his market analysis indicated that it was over priced. He noticed other things about homes that we missed such as the fact that at one home, the headlights from traffic went directly into the dining room. The more we looked, the more he understood us and our family’s needs. We had been out looking all day with him and had finished seeing everything that matched our criteria. We were a bit discouraged knowing that we had to make a decision because our shipment was arriving from Europe. Mark called at dinner time and said, “I found it!” It had just come on the market that afternoon. He made the appointment for us to see it that evening and we had a contract on it the next day. It was perfect. The sellers were difficult to deal with, but we never had to deal with them. Mark did it all. He went above and beyond the call of duty in his efforts to help us. What could have been a very dismal ending became a very happy ending because of Mark’s diligence and hard work. Would we use him again? We wouldn’t use anyone else. Cindy, John and Family
