Sign up for flat fee MLS If you have not completed the data form or listing agreement please read the following instructions. On the left side of this page click on the MLS LISTING FORMS. Click on the Listing Form and Print, complete, sign and fax back to us. The data form can be completed online. On the left side of the page select the appropriate data form MLS Data Form (for houses and condos), Lot/Land/Farm Form, or Multi-Family Form complete online and submit. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PHOTOSIt is required by the MLS that you submit at least 1 picture prior to listing your property on the MLS. Six photos can be posted on your MLSlisting and one on Realtor.com (no larger than 320 pixels wide x 240 pixels tall and no larger than 400KB each. Please email to photos@by-ownermls.com . Once we receive the faxed listing agreement, data form, payment, and photos we will list the property within 24 hours. Listings received on Friday will be posted on Monday.
