Before you list your property with any real estate agent you need to find out what they can and will do for you. Every company and every agent within that company will do something different. Some of it may be good while other things they do, or don't do, may not be in your best interest. Below is my proven marketing program that works and you only get this when you list with me.

* List property at a current market value price
* Put sign on property (with owners permission)
* Input listing information and photos into MLS system within 24 hours
* Create custom brochures, flyers, and postcards on property
* Fax or E-mail information sheets to real estate offices around the lake
* Mail or E-mail brochures to top REALTORS in area
* Input listing on top Internet Real Estate search websites
* Input listing on www.Ozarkhome.com and www.REMAX.com websites
* Mail you copies of ads and marketing report sheet every month
* Keep you informed of any changes in the market that may affect your property
